Customers who order products from our website and find the following circumstances after receiving the Crochet Hook goods can arrange for a return or exchange within 14 natural days from the date of signature:

Orders placed after 10:00 pm on Friday will be processed by 10:00 am the following Monday.
Orders are not processed on weekends.
