We can deliver to USA because we specialize in supplying high quality Crochet Hooks for the USA market to ensure that we are able to provide quality service to our customers.

Selling in the continental United States, we can better control quality, process orders quickly, and provide better customer support.

How much do I have to pay for shipping?

For all US orders, we will ship via DHL Express. Shipping time is 2-7 business days. Shipping is $3 per order.

If your single purchase order totals more than $20, we’ll ship to you for free with no courier charges.

Note: The sales tax is the responsibility of the customer and is not borne by the merchant, thank you for your understanding.

How do I track my orders?

After the order is successfully paid, you can check the status of your order in your account order details.

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. 

After 2 hours, our order will enter the packing process. 

Once packed, the order cannot be canceled.

Our delivery time is 3-10 business days.

How do we package the product?

Our crochet hook will be packed in thickened carton.

After receiving the Crochet Hook, if the damage is found (such as paint loss, breakage, etc.), please email us via [email protected], and we will offer you a free return.
